Instrument introduction:
The automatic displacement transmittance detector is a set of specially designed and developed for detecting the transmittance of optical components, which realizes the rapid and accurate detection of the transmittance of various planar devices by automatic displacement. At present, more and more optical components have higher and higher requirements for transmittance, and some components even need to fully inspect transmittance to control product quality during processing. This instrument fills the vacancy of transmittance measuring instruments for large-size products in China.
Instrument features:
1. Integrated man-machine engineering design, convenient operation and measurement.
2. Using collimated detection light path, sampling area (p2-10mm ).
3. It adopts customized marble platform, servo control, standard high-precision grating ruler, high positioning accuracy (1 micron), fast speed and stable operation.
4. The measuring area is large, which is suitable for the detection of transmittance of glass size less than 200*200mm (flatness p30um ) .
5. According to the different needs of customers, we can set the specific position of multiple detection, one key for automatic continuous measurement, automatic recording and automatic judgment, which is convenient and fast, greatly improves the detection efficiency and reduces the error caused by human operation.
