Product Description

Instrument features:

1. Detection light path: collimated light path, by replacing the light bar to achieve the outer diameter of 1-5mm spot size independent selection and switching;
2. Selection of optical fiber spectrometer: two optical fiber spectrometer using Y-type optical fiber parallel use;
3. Motion platform: with fast displacement, and according to the set value of arbitrary movement, fast measurement function, improve detection efficiency XY axis servo control, high positioning accuracy, fast speed, smooth operation;
4. A variety of incident angle measurement: the platform surface is equipped with an angle tilt device, which can adjust the incident angle according to the requirements, and automatically control the angle after setting in the software. There is no need to manually convert the angle when there is a demand for different incident angles during measurement;
5. Self-developed software, which can write all measurement conditions (including different incident angles) at one time and complete one-key measurement! Different measurement conditions can be stored in the computer, which is convenient to call in during the trial. 6. Light source: independently developed wide-spectrum light source with wide measurement range of UV, VIR and IR bands (LED lamp is used in combination with short-wave compensation halogen tungsten lamp, deuterium lamp is required when 260nm is detected);
