Instrument introduction:
1. Manual and semi-automatic models
BCSP-T series manual and semi-automatic arc edge transmittance spectrum analyzers are specially designed for the transmittance detection of small holes in mobile phone cover plates. They can measure the transmittance of various spherical and aspheric products (including planar optical samples) in the wavelength range of 380 to 1100 at high speed and with high precision. They are very suitable for the detection of small holes in the arc edge of mobile phone cover plates and other tiny optical components.
Instrument features:
1. The platform can be equipped with automatic displacement control shaft table
It can realize the continuous measurement of the light transmittance of multiple holes on the mobile phone cover plate.
2. Determination of sample transmittance
The light transmittance can be measured in the wavelength range of 380 to 1100nm, especially suitable for the light transmittance measurement of mobile phone cover plates.
3. With the new design of the focus function
The self-developed focusing device can adjust the relative distance between the stage and the optical path system according to the relative difference between the real-time data of the optical path system and the sample data.
4. Can determine the light transmittance of small areas
Two fast-switching probes are used to measure the light transmittance of small objects of 0.3mm.
5. Measurement area visualization
The measurement area can realize visual positioning. For example, when measuring the light transmittance of the small hole on the cover plate of the mobile phone, turning on the visual function can effectively avoid the error caused by inaccurate positioning.
