Instrument introduction:
BCSP-Pro auto-focus reflective spectrometer is independently designed and developed by Beichuang Optoelectronics Technology, with patent certificate and software copyright.
It can quickly and accurately measure the relative/absolute reflectivity of various spherical, aspheric and other sample surfaces. On the basis of the previous generation of products, the detection accuracy has been greatly improved.

1. Microscopic determination of the reflectivity of small areas
Measure the reflectivity of a small area, and focus the objective lens on the small area of the measured object (30 60um)
2. The optical path system automatically eliminates the background reflected light
No need for artificial matting of background light when measuring small thickness samples

For measuring reflectivity at any position of a spherical sample

6. Positioning center point function is more sensitive
When measuring the reflectivity of the spherical sample surface, the reflectivity of the center point is usually measured. The optical path design of BCSP- Pro is also very sensitive to the deviation of the sample center with large R value. By moving the sample platform left and right, the two crosshairs in the image coincide, that is, the focus position is at the center point of the sample.
