Lianyi Optics is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guangdong BeiChuang Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd, which is mainly engaged in the processing and manufacturing of spherical lenses with large aperture and soft materials. We have not only introduced international production lines, but also have more than 60 optical elites and 300 experienced employees who have been in the optical cold processing industry for many years. With a number of invention and utility model patents, in August 2015 successfully passed the international ISO-9001: 2008 quality system certification (2022 to implement the introduction of IATF16949 system certification). The company was recognised as a high-tech enterprise in November 2017, with sales of over RMB 100 million in the same year.
Founded in 2020, Fun Shadow Technology's team has focused on projector lens research and development for more than 18 years, and has independently developed more than 50 projector lenses and more than 100 camera lenses. With more than 5000 square 10K class clean room, the annual production capacity of projector lens is more than 1 million, with independent lens cold processing and metal machining base.
Tengchuang Precision (Shaoyang) was established in November 2020, specializing in precision machining and equipment manufacturing. Proficient in professional lens assembly metal parts and coating machine structural parts machining; At the same time, it has received unanimous praise from the industry in the production, sales, and service of coating machines.
Annual production capacity plan: 1 million pieces of optical precision components; Assembly of 100 optical coating machines.
Existing equipment resources
- Inspection equipment: interferometer, thickness gauge, analyzer, spectrometer, environmental testing machine, constant humidity and temperature test chamber, high and low temperature impact test chamber, high-frequency vibration table and other optical testing equipment are complete.
- Processing equipment: Over 300 units of cutting NCG, grinding upper swing machine, lower swing machine, flat swing machine, push-pull machine, joint repair machine, cleaning machine, core taking machine, coating machine and other processing equipment.
