The light reaches the optical probe through the optical fiber to focus the polychromatic light at different distances on the object side, forming a large dispersion defocus amount, which is collected after being reflected by each surface of the element, and finally the spectrometer calculates the thickness of the element according to the wavelength corresponding to the reflection peak.
