Name：UV curing adhesive
Brand: American Norland
NOA61 curing optical adhesive is a transparent, colorless, liquid photopolymer that can be cured under ultraviolet light. Because it is a one-component and 100% solid, as long as the adhesive can be irradiated by ultraviolet light, it will show many outstanding advantages when bonding optical components. The use of NOA61 photosensitive adhesive eliminates the pre-mixing, drying or thermal curing operations that are often required in other optical bonding systems. And the curing speed is extremely fast, and the specific time depends on the thickness of the application and the energy received by the applied ultraviolet light. This glue is the standard glue used in the global optical character industry. Most suitable for optical bonding on glass surfaces, metals, glass fibers and glass filled plastics. It is recommended for bonding lenses, prisms, mirrors, and terminating or splicing optical fibers in military, aerospace and industrial optics. It meets the MIL-A-3920 military standard for optical adhesive materials. After aging, it can withstand a temperature range of -150℃ to +125℃.
Storage method: Store in the original container, protected from light and low temperature (5-22°C), and can be stored for 4 months. If it is stored under refrigeration, please restore the glue temperature to room temperature before use.
